PARTY BASICS

To ensure a seamless experience and provide the best possible service for Package 1 or 2, I would need the following details from you:

EVENT DATE AND TIME:

Confirm the date and start and end times of the event to ensure availability and schedule the bartender accordingly.

EVENT LOCATION:

Obtain the address, including any specific instructions regarding parking, access to the venue, and any special requirements for setup or teardown.

GUEST COUNT:

Request the estimated number of guests attending the event to better plan the amount of supplies, glassware, and ice needed.

TYPE OF PARTY:

Understand the nature of the event (e.g., birthday party, wedding, corporate event) to tailor the service and cocktails to suit the occasion.

COCKTAIL PREFERENCES:

Discuss the customer's preferred cocktails and create a customized menu featuring up to 3 signature drinks. Consider the event's theme, season, and guest preferences while creating the menu.

ALCOHOL AND MIXER PREFERENCES:

Confirm the customer's choice of alcohol (e.g., brand, type) and mixers to be used for the cocktails, which they need to provide separately.

BAR SETUP:

Determine any specific requirements for setting up the bar area, including available space, table layout, and access to power outlets or water, if necessary.

ALLERGY AND DIETARY RESTRICTIONS:

Inquire about any allergies or dietary restrictions among the guests to ensure their needs are considered when planning the cocktails and garnishes.

CONTACT INFORMATION:

Collect the customer's name, phone number, and email address to maintain open communication throughout the planning process and address any questions or concerns promptly.

PAYMENT AND CONTRACT DETAILS:

Discuss the terms of the contract, deposit amount, cancellation policy, and any additional charges or fees that may apply.

By gathering this information, I can personalize and give efficient bartending service that aligns with your expectations and ensures a successful event.
